Next moves...

So, next week could prove to be a big week in the development of TBP.

Since the landlord of the premises called me on Tuesday, last, whilst I was having lunch with two old friends, it has been a bit of a whirlwind. After the call I met with him on Thursday and also the current owner, which seemed to go well. On Friday evening, the owner called me requesting another meeting next week!

So, I have a meeting with the present owner on Tuesday to establish a couple of things - 1) how much she is willing to accept,  2) when she wants to leave and move back to Milan and 3) the handover date - when I get the keys, that is if she accepts my offer!!!

Should all the above go to plan, and I think they will, then I have another meeting on Wednesday with Sirfixalot, who will be helping me with the alterations I will need to make and also advising on the type of lease I need to negotiate. this should stand me in good stead for the following week, when negotiations start with the landlord....

Then comes the crunch - addressing my current situation....I get back to that later...

I will provide some pictures of the place after my visit on Tuesday, to give a "before" view.
